1. General Conditions

Age Requirement

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service without prior notice at any time.

2. Account & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and password. Apple Fort cannot be held liable for any unauthorized access to your account.

3. Pricing & Product Information

Typographical Errors

While we strive to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, and pricing, errors may occasionally occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical issue or human error, Apple Fort reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order placed for that product, even if payment has already been processed.

In such cases, any payment received will be refunded through the original payment method or an agreed alternative method.

Price Changes

Prices for all mobile phones and accessories are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations, supplier pricing, and market conditions.

Product Images & Specifications

Product images displayed on the website may be for illustrative or reference purposes only.

For pre-owned devices, actual condition, battery health, PTA status, color, storage capacity, and included accessories may vary depending on available stock.

Customers are encouraged to contact Apple Fort via WhatsApp before placing an order to obtain current stock details, live photos, and final pricing confirmation.

4. Orders, Verification & Shipping

Order Acceptance

Placing an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance. Apple Fort reserves the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to stock unavailability, pricing errors, verification issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Order Verification

To prevent fraud and ensure order accuracy, high-value orders, particularly mobile phone purchases, may be subject to telephonic or WhatsApp verification.

Apple Fort reserves the right to cancel unverified orders after 48 hours.

Shipping Rules

Accessories

Accessories may be shipped through standard courier services and may qualify for Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.

Mobile Phones (New & Pre-Owned)

Mobile phones are shipped strictly under Advance Payment Only policies.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is generally not available for mobile phone orders due to the high-value nature of the products and associated delivery risks.

Delivery Delays

Delivery timelines provided on the website are estimates only.

Apple Fort shall not be held responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, public holidays, operational disruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5. Payments

We accept payments through:

  • Bank Transfer
  • EasyPaisa
  • JazzCash
  • Upaisa (where applicable)
  • Debit Cards
  • Credit Cards
  • Cash on Delivery (eligible accessory orders only)

Payment options may vary depending on the product category and delivery location.

Mobile Phone Orders & Payment Protection

Due to the high-value nature of mobile phones and the risks associated with fraudulent or refused deliveries, Apple Fort reserves the right to require full advance payment, partial advance payment, or payment verification before dispatching any mobile device.

Once a customer confirms a specific device through WhatsApp, phone call, or any other communication channel and payment is received, Apple Fort may reserve that device for the customer.

Any cancellation after payment confirmation may be subject to administrative, banking, payment gateway, currency fluctuation, or market value deductions where applicable.

Apple Fort reserves the right to refuse shipment of any order where payment verification requirements are not fulfilled.

Orders will only be dispatched after successful payment verification and confirmation.

6. Return, Warranty & Market Rules

All purchases are subject to Apple Fort’s official Return & Refund Policy.

Box Pack Phones

If a customer opens the factory seal of a new box-pack phone and requests a return without a manufacturing defect, deductions of up to 25% may apply in accordance with prevailing mobile market practices.

Pre-Owned Phones

LEDs, touch screens, Face ID, fingerprint sensors, cameras, microphones, speakers, buttons, ports, and cosmetic condition are covered under checking warranty only at the time of purchase and inspection.

Once the customer has inspected the device, completed the purchase, and left the premises or accepted delivery, claims regarding these components may not be entertained.

Accessories

Any accessory damaged due to short-circuit, electrical surge, voltage fluctuation, water damage, misuse, accidental damage, or physical damage shall not qualify for warranty claims.

Unauthorized Opening or Third-Party Repairs

Any warranty, verification, return, exchange, or claim shall become immediately void if the device is opened, repaired, inspected internally, modified, rooted, jailbroken, or worked on by any unauthorized technician, repair shop, service center, or third party without the prior approval of Apple Fort.

Apple Fort shall not be responsible for any hardware, software, motherboard, battery, display, Face ID, fingerprint sensor, charging, network, or other faults arising after such unauthorized intervention.

Motherboard Verification Disclosure

For pre-owned devices, Apple Fort guarantees that the motherboard has not been previously repaired unless expressly disclosed to the customer before purchase.

If any motherboard repair history is known, it will be communicated before the sale is finalized. This disclosure policy forms part of the purchase agreement between Apple Fort and the customer.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on this website, including but not limited to:

  • Logos
  • Graphics
  • Images
  • Text
  • Product Descriptions
  • Icons
  • Design Elements
  • Digital Content

is the property of Apple Fort and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, copying, or commercial use of any website content is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Apple Fort shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

  • The use or inability to use products purchased from us
  • Courier delays
  • Product misuse

  • Unauthorized repairs
  • Third-party service failures

Customers are advised to back up all personal data before using, resetting, repairing, or updating any device.

9. WhatsApp, Images & Stock Availability

For pre-owned devices, actual condition, battery health, accessories, PTA status, color, and storage availability may vary from stock to stock.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Any disputes arising from the use of this website, products, services, or transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
