Return & Refund Policy – Apple Fort
At Apple Fort, we stand behind the quality of our products. To ensure a transparent and smooth shopping experience, our return, exchange, and refund policies are governed by the following terms and conditions.
1. New Phones (Box Pack)
7-Day Policy
Returns or exchanges are only applicable if the product received is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.
Sealed Pack Open Policy (Market Rule)
Once the official factory seal or packaging of a Box-Pack/New phone is opened, it cannot be fully refunded. If a refund is requested on an opened box due to a change of mind or any reason other than a manufacturing defect, a deduction of up to 25% may be applied as per standard mobile market practices.
Warranty Claims
For any internal technical issues after opening the box, customers must claim the official brand warranty (Apple, Samsung, Xiaomi, etc.) through the respective authorized service centers.
2. Pre-Owned / Used Phones
Checking Warranty
LED, Touch Screen, Face ID, Fingerprint Sensor, Cameras, speakers, microphones, buttons, ports, and cosmetic condition must be thoroughly inspected by the customer at the time of purchase.
These components are covered under checking warranty only and are not eligible for claims after purchase completion unless otherwise stated in writing.
Motherboard Verification Warranty
Apple Fort does not provide a repair warranty against motherboard failure caused after purchase due to customer misuse, electrical faults, voltage fluctuations, short circuits, water damage, accidental damage, use of incompatible or low-quality chargers, unauthorized repairs, software modifications, rooting, or jailbreaking.
Our warranty regarding the motherboard is limited to verification of its condition at the time of sale.
For pre-owned devices, Apple Fort guarantees that the motherboard has not been previously repaired unless clearly disclosed to the customer before purchase.
If a motherboard has been previously repaired, refurbished, or worked on, the customer will be informed before the sale is completed.
Any claim regarding a previously repaired motherboard must be reported within 7 days of purchase and will be subject to inspection and verification by Apple Fort.
Unauthorized Opening or Repair
Any warranty, claim, verification, return, or exchange request will become immediately void if the device is opened, repaired, inspected internally, modified, or worked on by any unauthorized technician, repair shop, service center, or third party without the prior approval and presence of Apple Fort.
If a customer gets the device opened or repaired by any person other than Apple Fort after purchase, Apple Fort will not be responsible for any subsequent hardware, motherboard, Face ID, fingerprint sensor, display, battery, charging IC, network, software, or any other related issues, and no claim will be entertained.
Battery Information
Battery health naturally decreases over time and is considered a consumable component of all devices.
Unless specifically stated otherwise in writing, battery performance variations, battery health percentage changes, or battery backup expectations do not qualify for a refund or return.
Change of Mind (Market Rule)
If a customer wishes to return or exchange a pre-owned device due to a change of mind after purchase completion, standard market deductions and current market value adjustments may apply.
3. Accessories
Change of Mind
Returns for accessories are accepted within 7 days only if the item is completely unused, unopened, and in its original retail packaging.
Short-Circuit / Burn Out
If a charger, cable, power bank, adapter, AirPods, smartwatch, or any accessory is damaged, burnt, or stops functioning due to a short circuit, voltage fluctuation, misuse, water damage, accidental damage, or electrical damage, its warranty will be considered void and no claim will be entertained.
4. Non-Returnable Products
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products damaged due to customer misuse, accidental drops, pressure damage, or liquid damage.
- Devices with removed warranty stickers or tampered serial numbers.
- Products altered, rooted, jailbroken, or repaired by unauthorized technicians.
- Accessories returned without original packaging.
- Products damaged during customer handling after delivery.
- Any product returned outside the applicable return period.
5. Refund Policy
Refund Approval
Refunds are only applicable for approved claims after inspection and verification by Apple Fort.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after successful inspection of the returned item.
Refunds may be issued through:
- Original payment method
- Bank transfer
- Store credit (where applicable)
Shipping Charges
Shipping, courier, handling, and delivery charges are strictly non-refundable.
In case of an approved return or exchange, the customer is responsible for safely returning the item to our Lahore outlet unless otherwise agreed by Apple Fort.
6. Exchange Policy
Customers may request an exchange subject to:
- Successful inspection of the product
- Availability of replacement stock
- Compliance with the warranty and return conditions stated above
Any price difference between exchanged products must be paid by the customer.
7. Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be cancelled before dispatch without any cancellation charges.
- Orders cancelled after dispatch may be subject to shipping and handling deductions.
- Customized, special-order, or imported-on-demand products may not be eligible for cancellation.
8. Inspection & Approval
All returned products are subject to inspection by Apple Fort.
Approval or rejection of any return, refund, exchange, or warranty claim will be determined after physical verification of the reported issue.
Apple Fort reserves the right to refuse claims that do not comply with the conditions outlined in this policy.
9. How to Initiate a Return or Claim
- Contact Apple Fort via WhatsApp or Email within the applicable warranty or return period.
- Provide your Order ID or Invoice Number.
- Share clear photos or videos showing the issue.
- If the claim is approved, securely pack the item and ship it to our Lahore outlet for inspection.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges unless the item was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrectly.
